3.2. To ensure the best service quality and reliability, each handyman service provider must provide all correct information and verify their identity before being listed on Blkhedme.
3.3. Blkhedme is not responsible for the quality of services provided by the handyman workers listed on the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the services offered.
3.4. Clients are advised not to provide any sensitive information (such as passwords, credit card numbers, or personal identification information).
4.1. In order to leave a review for a service received through Blkhedme, clients must sign up for an account and provide ID verification. This ensures that reviews are relevant, genuine, and based on true experiences.
5.1. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
5.2. For your security, please do not provide any sensitive information (such as passwords, credit card numbers, or personal identification information) directly through the app. We will never ask you to disclose such information within the app.

If any Term or Condition of the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition.
7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
