Handyman Service Provider Details
To maintain the highest service quality standards, handyman service providers must furnish comprehensive information, including their area of expertise, years of experience, service locations, full legal name, username, and phone number, photos of their work and undergo identity verification through government-issued identification documentation and a photograph.
Certification Requirement
To access advanced features, such as specialized service listings, service providers may be prompted to provide relevant certifications, further ensuring proficiency in their respective fields.
Application Data
When you use our applications, we may collect the following information if you grant us access or permission:

In-App Purchases & Featured Listings
a) Purchasing a Featured Listing
- Users may purchase a featured listing within the app to increase visibility on the homepage.
- The payment for this service is processed through in-app purchases available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store).
b) Payment Processing & Fees
- Apple or Google handles all transactions, and we do not store or process your payment details.
c) Subscription & Renewal (If Applicable)
- If the featured listing is a subscription-based service, it will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Users can manage or cancel subscriptions via their Apple ID (for iOS users) or Google Play account (for Android users).
d) No Refund Policy
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or the policies of Apple or Google.
- If the featured listing is removed due to a violation of our Terms of Service, the user will not be eligible for a refund.
e) Service Availability & Changes
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the featured listing service at any time.
By purchasing a featured listing, you agree to these terms and understand that in-app purchases are governed by Apple and Google's respective policies.
